After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Goalrilla Basketball that includes your order details and tracking number. This makes it easy to monitor your shipment without having to search for information later. Orders typically ship within 48 hours, though exact delivery times will depend on your distance from our Evansville, Indiana, warehouse. During busy shipping seasons, such as holidays or spring, please allow extra time for transit as freight carriers may experience higher shipping volumes.
If your order includes accessories along with your hoop, they may ship separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow their progress. Once your hoop has shipped, the tracking information will update as it moves through the freight system until it reaches your local freight terminal.

Most Goalrilla hoops weigh more than 400 pounds and are packaged in large boxes measuring approximately 72 inches long by 36 inches wide by 18 inches high, though exact dimensions can vary by model. Due to this size and weight, expedited shipping options are not available.
Once your basketball goal arrives at the freight company’s local warehouse, a representative will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. You will be provided with a delivery date and a time window, usually at least four hours. Before your hoop is shipped, it’s very important to double-check that your phone number and delivery address are correct. This ensures the freight company can reach you quickly to arrange delivery and prevents any potential delays.
All Goalrilla basketball hoops are delivered curbside only. The driver will move your shipment to the back of the delivery truck, but unloading will be your responsibility. Freight drivers are not permitted to bring items inside or assist with assembly.
